About RRU: Royal Roads University is delighted to be partnering with Game Plan to assist elite athletes to gain an education while training and/or competing, in order to ensure a smooth transition into life after competing.

At Royal Roads our programs are delivered either online, on-campus or through a blended model of online study with on-campus residencies enabling you to continue to train and compete while working towards a degree. We also offer flexible admission, where we take into account your real-world experience and skills.

While our scenic campus in beautiful Victoria, BC is a perfect venue for studying, we have a full recreation centre and over two hundred and sixty acres of parkland, combined with a mild climate. Learn more on our student experience pages.

Victoria is also a hub of national sport with; Rugby Canada, Rowing Canada and the Canadian National Mountain Bike Team all being based here. Several athletes have already graduated from Royal Roads, including Andrea Burk from the silver medal winning Canadian team at the 2014 Rugby World Cup.
