Support for Game Plan athletes at Université de Montréal

a. Université de Montréal shall allow student-athletes to benefit from the provisions of the Politique de Sport Études à l'Université de Montréal (the "Policy") that concern them. A copy of the Policy is attached hereto as Appendix A. In addition, the Policy is available online at http://secretariatgeneral.umontreal.ca/fileadmin/secretariat/Documents/Reglements/regl20_8-politique-sport-etudes-universite-montreal.pdf.

b. In particular, as provided for in the Policy, Université de Montréal will allow student-athletes to choose courses that are compatible with the requirements of their athletic activities, when their program of study permits. In addition, it will offer support to student-athletes as they make their way through the admissions process.

c. In addition to the designated professor as provided for in article 3.2 of the Policy, University of Montreal will designate a person who will act on behalf of the Institutions as the contact person for student-athletes in matters concerning the alignment of the activities of their respective program of study with those of the Sport program.

d. Université de Montréal shall allow student-athletes, upon request, to benefit from adjustments to their study and examination schedules in order to carry out their athletic activities of excellence,

e. Polytechnique shall allow student-athletes to benefit from a level of pedagogical support and schedule adjustments so that they can reconcile their studies with the pursuit of athletic excellence.
