Support for Game Plan Athletes at UCalgary:

The University of Calgary is committed to supporting you as an elite level athlete. With world-class athletic facilities and programs and a long history of supporting our top athletes, our goal is help you be at the top of your game, both academically and in sport. To support your academic success, you’re provided with a dedicated academic coach through our Student Success Centre. Their expertise and focus is on supporting athletes like you. Our one-on-one support includes:

  • Athlete-specific workshops and tutorials

  • Strengths-based skills exploration

  • Personal goal planning

  • Direct referrals to other specialized on-campus programs

  • Direct referrals to program advising for course registration support and course load planning
